OKay, here is my revised ranked application.....

What makes you think your character should Second In Command?
She is very powerful in battle, she's smart and can deal with things easily because of her hard past. She is also very responsible, protective, and willing to sacrifice herself for her Clanmates. Many cats thought she was weak like her brother as a to-be, but now, having proved herself many times over, she has finally earned her Clan's approval, and would be a wonderful Second-In-Command. Sometimes, she would snap when cats mentioned her past, but would put herself back into reality, and gain control of herself. THen, she would shake it off thinking that they were only trying to be helpful.
How does your character fell about his/her duties?
During the Great Battle, Mist had killed more than any normal cat in the Clan, and when the old Second-In-Command died in the Great Battle, Feather chose Mist in his place. She was loyal, brave, strong, fair, patient, and caring, who wouldn't?
How would your character act if he became leader?
Mist would act very responsible and would immediately start checking that there was nothing wrong, shortage of prey, wounded cats, threats from the other clan, etc. If there was, she would take action and settle it as quick as possible. Mist would also make sure that she doesn't lead the Clan into any unnecessary fights, battles, or wars. Should a battle arise, the Clan's well-being was what would matter to her, and she wouldn't care if she died fighting for her Clan.
Why is your character the allience it is?
Mist is good because she is kind and protective of her Clanmates and will sacrifice herself for her Clan's safety.
Reply to the following(IN roleplay format):
A fight that broke out between the two clans has ended. Your clan camp is left with nothing. No dens, no food, shelter. Cats looked around and are shocked. What is the first step you will take?
Mist looked around at her camp. There was no dens, no food and many were wounded. Mist immediately started getting the healer and his/her apprentices to treat the wounded. While she organized a party of the fittest cats to hunt for some food and to patrol the borders. Then, Mist gathered another group of fit cats to start rebuilding the shelters, especially the den for the queens and kits, the elders, and the to-bes. Mist joined in building the camp as there was absolutely no shelter and by looking at the clouds, by tomorrow, there was sure to be some rain coming their way. By sunhigh, the queens and kits' den was finished and they moved onto the elders. The hunting party had come back with a lot of prey. As the wounded healed, Mist sent rotating shifts out to hunt for food and guard the territory. By sundown, the elders' den was finished and the to-bes' den was half-way done too. Mist looked around once more and was satisfied. In one day, their food was restocked, two and a half dens were done and most every cat's wounds were healed, only a few were still in the healer's den being treated of their wounds because they had suffered severe injury. Everyone gathered in the elders' and queens and kits' den and sleeped close together. Mist and the most fittest cats slept outside in case any enemies came into their camp.
